Dr. Jennifer Devine
Dr. Devine graduated from Monash University in 1987. She spent three years at Dandenong and District Hospital, then worked in general practice in Frankston, Hampton, Mentone and St Kilda before joining Bentleigh Medical Centre in 2016.
Over the years, Dr. Devine has developed experience in treating children, adults and the elderly. She has also dealt with a lot of travel medicine, and as a female GP, has extensive experience in women’s health.
Dr. Devine is passionate about assisting younger doctors with their training and has been an examiner for the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

Dr. Robert Cai
Dr Robert Cai graduated from Beijing University in 1985 and began practicing medicine in Australia in 1988. He is interested in all aspects of general practice medicine.

Dr David Blumberg
Dr David Blumberg qualified with a basic medical degree in 1992 in Johannesburg, South Africa.
He lived in Auckland NZ from 1995 where he worked in various hospitals and clinics and where he also gained his fellowship in General Practice.
David has lived in Melbourne since 2012, he holds the FRACGP and is on the GP specialist register. He is affiliated to Monash University and often has medical students sitting in at Bentleigh Medical Centre.

Dr Anita Nesarajah
Dr Anita Nesarajah is a General Practitioner with a special interest in mental health and sexual health. She is currently completing her national certificate in reproductive and sexual health with family planning Victoria. She believes in treating the patient holistically and working in collaboration with the patient.
Anita has extensive experience working as a GP in Malaysia and moved over to Australia 5 years ago. She was awarded the fellowship of The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2018.
In addition to English, Anita speaks fluent Malay.

Dr Manju Bhargava
MBBS MD FRACGP
Dr Manju Bhargava is a general practitioner with a wealth of experience having worked in both urban and rural areas of Australia and India. Dr Bhargava believes in providing personalised care for her patients and is well regarded amongst her patients. Her areas of special interest are chronic disease management, general medicine, women and children health. She is competent in minor procedures including implanon insertion I removal. Dr Bhargava is fluent in English, Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi.
She graduated and specialised in NewDelhi, India and worked there as General physician before moving to Australia, where she was awarded FRACGP in 2011. She believes in keeping herself up to date with the progression in her field and is an avid reader.
Dr Bhargava works at Bentleigh Medical Centre on Sundays. When not in the clinic, Dr Bhargava enjoys travelling with her husband and spending time with her grandchildren.

Dr Youngsuk Ko
Dr. Youngsuk Ko has over 15 years’ experience and is a fully qualified GP and Fellow of RACGP. Having completed his family medicine specialist training in Severance Hospital, Seoul, South Korea and in Saint John’s hospital, USA.
Dr. Ko worked as a Family medicine specialist in South Korea since 2005 and continued working as a GP in Australia from 2012.
Dr. Ko is fluent in English and Korean with some knowledge of Japanese. His special interests include Chronic diseases, Men & women’s health, Skin and ENT diseases Paediatric health, Mental health and Sports medicine.
When not at work, Dr. Ko likes participating in various kinds of sporting activities such as basketball, tennis and bike riding, and spending time with his lovely wife and two children.

Dr. Rasamak Amini
Dr. Rasamak Amini is a friendly and approachable general practitioner with over 15 years of experience, of which he has spent the last decade practicing all over Australia. He has gained a diversity of experience working with people from all backgrounds, from practicing in medical centres in metropolitan, rural and remote to working with refugees in detention centres on and off-shore, as well as aged care and palliative care.
Dr. Amini is passionate in all areas of general practice and minor procedures, including but not limited to, travel advice, sexual health issues, men’s, women’s and children’s health, mental health, chronic disease management and pre-employment consultations and exams.
He is a RACGP college examiner and also actively involved in further learning and professional development. Dr. Amini has a special interest in Health IT and applying technology to simplify and modernise general practice. In his spare time, Dr. Amini enjoys reading, spending time with his family and maintaining his garden at home. He speaks Persian as well as fluent English.
